Steeped in centuries of culture and tradition, this dance has historically been done by women for other women as a joyful and playful expression of feminine energy.
In one of the oldest art forms in the world, dancer and rhythm become one to embody the spirit of Middle Eastern music.

Belly dance is friendly to all ages and all body types!

Suggested attire:  Something comfortable, but not baggy. Bring a scarf or sash to tie around your hips. We dance barefoot!
